Greetings, I would like to thank you for your participation in our previous Graduation Celebration virtual program. It was truly an honor to acknowledge all the graduates of High School and College in our district. We would like to continue in that effort by including and acknowledging all 2025 graduating seniors from High Schools and Colleges in our Christian Education Bible Discovery Hour Convention. This year our convention will take place on June 5-7, 2025. We will be acknowledging our graduates in a virtual slide show on Saturday, June 7, 2025, and asking for your participation once again. If you have any seniors graduating from High School or College, please submit the following information so they can be acknowledged in our slide show presentation. We are asking for each Graduate to present us with the following:

REP YO’ CHURCH PEP RALLY INFORMATION

Hey Daytona Beach District, it is time to Rep Yo’ church! On Thursday, June 5, 2025, we will be opening our Convention with a Victory March Pep Rally. We are asking all churches in our District to have representation with “Churches on Parade.” This is the time to represent your church with banners, posters, streamers, etc., as we enter triumphantly into the sanctuary celebrating our Lord and Savior for bringing us together one more time. We will be lining up according to Churches in the Greater Allen Chapel’s Charles W. Jackson Educational Building promptly at 6:00 pm starting with our Presiding Elder and Consultants, followed by our Youth Program Participants, Pastors, Delegates, and selected Youth to represent your church holding the Church’s Banner, poster, etc.
All Choir and Praise Team participants must already be in place ahead of time.
Location The location will be Greater Allen Chapel AME Church, Melbourne, FL.
Wardrobe
Suggestions: Church/Christian T-Shirt and Jeans Clergy should be in collars/black suits on opening night. Business/Casual from this point on.
Content: High Energy. Props: Less is More. Props are Great as long as they are well-coordinated
Suggestions: Banner, Posters, Pom Poms, or Streamers.
